We are the exclusive in-house broker for a development and investment firm that renovates and builds. Besides building new construction, we look at projects that others have gotten approved. By approved, we mean Full Site Plan Approval with all objections by all governing bodies addressed and resolved.

We’ll look anywhere in Florida and typically require not less than a 90-day inspection period to visit the area, look at the project, speak with city officials, and of course, examine the demand for the project.

Price isn’t an issue, value is always the focus.
