3030 Ocean of Fort Lauderdale has announced a more sophisticated approach to Thanksgiving dinner. The three-course, prix-fixe menu begins with a roasted pumpkin soup followed by a main course of roasted turkey breast with mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, mushrooms and a cranberry chutney. The meal is rounded out with a pumpkin and dark chocolate bread pudding served with spiced ice cream. The menu is priced at $50 per person with an optional $20 wine pairing of Cabernet Sauvignon Rose, Pinot Noir and a late harvest Mad Cuvee with dessert.

Not only is db Bistro Moderne putting up a traditional roast turkey and all the dressings for their Thanksgiving dinner service, but chef Jason Pringle has also come up with an ingenious idea to participate in another popular holiday ritual: leftovers. After their three-course, prix-fixe, diners will be given a doggie-bag with a complimentary turkey sandwich to take home to eat Friday morning- or as a midnight snack- your choice.
